Oh, normally in LR, if you pump too much clarify will get those effects, but it makes the photo more, erm, "dramatic"

i think is hot pixel...not dust spot...let said i wants to capture the night landscape of the moon...using 3 second shutter speed, Wb 5600k , Apeture 5.6 , and iso 800 in D200...is a good idea??
