The main point buying GNex is the direct update from Google (yakju the code use for Gnex). So a yakju Gnex means it will have the OTA (on the air/online update) from Google.

Samsung yakjuxx is a Samsung fxxked off version of yakju which comes with the phone, so that Samsung will ruin Gnex with the slow update from them instead of coming from Google.

Currently Android's newest edition is 4.1 (Jelly Bean), current Gnex comes with 4.0 (ICS)

guys, i am planning to get this phone. However, just wanna ask the back cover will spoil easily?

I saw Gnex in IOI Mall Puchong but the test model spoil because anti-theft thing stick on the back cover. So the pin broken and the back cover can never put back again.

Look fragile. How u guys protect your phone?

not really fragile la.....usually put on a casing so nth to worry about
