Already tested JB on my Galaxy Nexus for more than 24 hours.
I'd say it's nothing revolutionary, it's a worthy update but not worth throwing away your other phones for it. And for those talking about benchmarks, please don't bother. My JB Nexus scores worse than a stock ICS Nexus. And for those trying to install a custom kernel for that extra edge, PLEASE DON'T. Franco Linaro for JB screwed up my wifi and standard Franco slowed my phone down miserably. |

QUOTE(vernon91 @ Jun 29 2012, 09:08 PM) i might stay on this Developer preview Jelly bean until 2nd week of July then revert back to stock ICS 4.0.4 then wait for OTA Jelly Bean. Does it really work? I've never used that feature before. then flash to Jelly Bean custom ROM when available but now the problem is, i missed the following features: 1. toggle switch 2. fast charge 3. reboot option in power button |

One thing I really like in JB is I'm no longer losing signal and having drop calls.
Typing on this keyboard is also buttery smooth. Can't wait to get mg hands on the Nexus 7! I honestly think both these Nexus will compliment each other in day to day usage. |

QUOTE(vernon91 @ Jun 30 2012, 04:27 PM) based on xda, seems they removed the map.apk... Thanks bro, I'll flash it now.Changelog - Root is now built in to the ROM, no longer need to flash a separate package - Maps.apk has been removed from /system/app - please download from the market (this fixes Latitude so your buddies can see you) - Zipaligned all apks, name bragged in update script, signed update package |

Galaxy Nexus banned in US.
Looks like apple can't stand the coolness of Jelly Bean compared to it's pathetic iOS 6. |
