any1 mind explain basic procedure how to do a dirty flash?

Should I try reinstall only TB itself?

My dirty flashing from b38 to b40 failed!

Upon reboot, it stuck on the google logo with the lock icon. I've very sure i've download the maguro version. Probably the downloading process not really complete bcoz i download using my gnex. Will try downloading trough pc

just go for it, whatever price it is, its already cheaper than what we payed for, and its still worth every single penny.

And my guess is you probably won't use it as a spare phone once you get your hands on it.

can consider reinstall BusyBox.

It says tb has stopped working when I open tb

tested reinstalled busy box still same...haven try reinstall tb yey

Hi! I tried ARHD too becos like you, I like stock feel. Then tried AOKP - still got stock feel, but with more options

Dirty flash to b40 successful. No problem so far

i just consider to buy it but iheard the sound system is low.so can anyone help me to chose between g note vs galaxy neus vs s2 ??anyone

Got my tb back online after reinstalled.... the screen flashed a bit once I reach the lock.screen everytime ii reboot

toggling navi bar are useful when u play games that doesnt hide it automatically, thus u wont accidently hit the back button while playing .. when ur done, just hit the power button and toggle it back...
but some game not compatible cos the display is stretch a bit..
i dont use circular menu, so no comment..
the ability to toggle the navi bar from the power menu is perfect for my usage...

i would understand why u would want to play with the stock launcher first, cos i chose to do the same last time..soon im sure u will join the dark side...its inevitable..

lol i m planning to do full wipe too , heard ppl at xda say got bug after dirty flash from 38 to 40

My dirty flash -

1) wipe cache
2) wipe dalvik cache
3) flash b40
4) flash gapps
5) reboot

hmm mine minus 1 and 2...i think i'll do it again later

most gnex buyer are those who prefer to be pure android that have the priority to be first in line to get firmware update..
phone spec are second in line...
so what type of android user are u?
if u prefer huge screen or better camera, than gnex will not be perfect for u..

btw, in stock form without tweaking, gnex speaker sound is a bit poor.. with some modification.. it can be very loud..

how to do 1) and 2)?? this two option got listed in the recovery mode?

it's in ClockWorkMod,yes recovery mode

thx.. o sry btw... the titanium backup... do i need to backup titanium backup itself? will it get wipe as well if i do full wipe in this case..

normally i'll just do a system+app backup
