^ i dun un. mind explain in human languange on MKII vs MK I (what this btw)? haha.
So difficult ker?
OK...in human language means RX100MKII gooding if you play snap snap a lot at low light but if wanna seriously take nice photo, RX100 works better

You see the blue line at ISO1600 is even higher than RX100 purple line at ISO800. Means RX100MKII is at least one stop better than MK1.
And that blue line between ISO1600 and ISO3200 is relatively flat. At ISO3200, its about the same level at MK1 at ISO800 (in this case 2 stops better)
I explained dynamic range here:
https://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopi...post&p=61372048At base ISO (the lowest), RX100MKII's backlit sensor not gooding liao.. as its almost 2 stops below MK1.
So why this is important you ask? It's important because when you shoot landscape/cityscape whatever and on tripod or stabilized, you would wanna use the lowest ISO for the cleanest crispiest photo.
But at this setting, dynamic range is low...
This is not a scientific example but pictar 1 is shot with RX100 with 12EV+ DR at close to base ISO.

And this is shot with my handphone which is nowhere close 12EV. The dark part of the image got no detail and the brightest part of the image also blown out.. no details = suxballs
