Try search "zhiyun smooth q rx100 mount" in YouTube & you will find many videos on this gimbal with RX100 camera.

Either have to diy or forkout 60usd to get the adapter....
The Crane M which can support it would be 3x more expensive than the smooth Q..damn.

MkIV and V do have quite a number of photography orientated/ useability improvements over the Mk III like electronic shutter for 1/32000 sec, Auto ISO in shutter speed, and a much better EVF.

Startup time is same for MkIII, IV and IV.

bro, what is the use of electronic shutter speed, isit mean if i want to take the fast moving object, I need to switch it to shutter priority to enable it?

i sent my RX100mk3 to check for a dust spot, the sony shop said have to change the whole lense assembly cause its an unibody construction, about rm1200. asked second opinion on third party shop also said the same thing, similar price too.

And if you are adventure type, here is the youtube link to disassemble the mk3

Nope. Fast moving objects especially moving from one side to the other will get distorted.

ES is more for shooting at crazy bright lights without ND filter, silent shooting and for critical still shots as there's no shutter vibration though the latter two doesn't really apply to RX100.

How much the damage bro?
Think of getting a M3, since my 3 years old M2 just dieded; still can power-up and shot, but pressing any other button just random thing happen, absolutely no control.
Probably PCBA problem, but since I like a wider fov camera anyway, I will budgeting for repair cost only after I get myself M3.
