That's the fun part. If you know everything like Samsung and iPhone people no surprise ady.

People mostly aren't interested in RX100 innovation cause the mark V already a powerhouse. Cannot imagine how many more things they can put in that tiny body. Tested and proven form factor. Maybe a completely new RX camera!

Just in my personal opinion Sony doesn't has to following the release tradition culture of 4,5, and then 6 bcoz they has create a very powerful compact at Mark 5 ,instead they should come out a new concept of RX strength and implement it into a more pro consumer high end compact otherwise it's jst getting boring of every release and price increase due to massive technology pack into this tiny RX. Canon GX line if it's true will be very interesting an Fixed Lens APS-C compact zoom G1x Mark iii and has diverse range of GX off course Sony does it too with Full Frame RX1, Super Zoom RX10, and RX100 bt it seems missing something in d middle btw Full Frame and 1inch sensor RX series so I believe there's still room or soace to fill the gap just my rough idea of what's coming next if Sony has the thinking same of mine haha maybe yes maybe no just wait n see.

Might be an APS-C RX1

It's hard for Sony to beat their RX100 and RX10 series already, both cover most, if not, all the average consumer needs. Maybe they can somehow come out with something like RX100 that's fitted with high quality and versatile stereo mic gear towards video folks?

850 Euro... I guess no less than RM4k...

Euro usually higher due to high tax. USD is 700, with tax around RM33xx, and some mark up for retail price would be RM3499-RM3599. Street price usually cheapest same as USD price, still RM31xx~RM32xx.

Maybe will put people off a bit since you can top up few hundreds and get RX100V...

ben3003, can you provide some feedbacks on the Aquapac 418 Waterproof Pouch?

I am looking for a "weatherproof" pouch for my RX100M3. The pouch MUST be able to allow me to take photos while the camera is inside the enclosure. More for protecting the camera in the rain during photo shoot, rather than using the camera underwater. Any suggestions?

I can only do it when im back from outstation. I saw review the dicapac is worse fit becos of the front hard plastic
