Hi, can anyone provide me the BlackWidow Ultimate driver ? I'm using WIndows 7....but when i install Razer Synapse 2.0....my windows key swip with ALT key....Fn key not function....

Yes, you need a sound card with 7.1 capability, as Tiamat 7.1 only uses the USB to power up the controller and 3.5mm sound jacks for the rest

Nope....i confirm it's US keyboard layout....It more like MAC layout now....

Finally found the tiamat 7.1 at lowyat..... heart pounding when i first look at it lol, been waitin a long time for it! I even purposely went to buy a new soundcard Xonar Phoebus to match it..... but to my dissapointment why does it sounds so bad?? Compare to my old turtlebeach X41, tiamat really sounds awefully hollow n weak, yes there is surround but really lack of oomph, stereo mode kinda sounds better than 7.1 in games like diablo 3, guildwar 2, dota 2. Battlefield 3 & cod 4 ok ok only, nothing much to shout bout the surround. Seriously i hope there is some wrong configuration by myside..... any advice forummers? I already set 7.1 at the volume control and tested the surround 7.1 , it is working... but sounds very BAD n some noisy background hissing?

you need proper 5.1/7.1 channel source for the tiamat to shine.. i may be wrong, but games like D3/GW2/Dota2 dont support surround sounds if i'm not mistaken. tried any BD movies yet?

I tried to download 3.5G DA driver, only Synapse 2.0 cloud base driver available for download.
Anywhere that i can download back the non cloud base driver?

I believe those games doesn't support 7.1, does it? Try your headphone with BD movies, or games that support 7.1 surround.

Wow, basically perfect combination of Blade, BWUS, and Naga, but really can't afford such high priced combination.
Currently with my BWU, Imperator 4G (btw SS 9h instead of razer mouse mat)

tested the avenger, battleship & a couple more movies in 7.1 with tiamat then i change back to my old turtle beach x41, even ask my wife listen to the difference..... Hate to say this, the headset that i been waitin for 8+ months sucks. Too much echo, when the actors talk they sounds abit robotics, action scene nice explosion bass but everything sounds so echoish compare to X41 crisp & clear sounds. The soundcard im using is the latest Asus Xonar Phoebus so i dont think thats the issue.

Games like diablo 3, guildwar 2 does support 7.1 and they sounds fantastic still with X41 compare to the echoish sound from tiamat. I tried tinkering with every possible settings with the soundcard n headset but still cant find where to make it sound good.

Im not a X41 lover as i hate the auto-off function ( every 5-10mins even when u gaming or watching movie) , and im very very desperate to get another 7.1 headset to replace it. Hope someone in the forum can help me out ? Anyone else has tiamat 7.1?
