When we bought in end of year 2012, we already know there will be development something like bandar Malaysia... just dunno know the exact name or developer..

I visited desa green few times and thinking to have one there. But I have concern on the car park security. The car park entrance is at the back of the building, and no security guard at the entrance, and also not in the car park. It seemed like anyone can just walk in to do crime like steal, rob, snatch, etc, without anyone knowing. Especially night time?

I am not sure. Those who are having an unit there, how is the security there?

well such big plot in KL available..
sure one day it would be developed..
already know since the late 90s tongue.gif Mahathir time already got some plan for it,but keep delay for some unknown reason..

Passed by this condo a couple of times whenever I use the Salak highway and it still seems to be doing alright, with or without Bandar Malaysia. In fact, I see more and more people are starting to move in compared to when it first VP'ed last year. I probably think that those who rent/bought a unit there know what they're buying it for, especially those working within the city vicinity.

when full occupancy rate the only problem will arise is lack of parking. nowadays each family also minimum got 2 cars. only way is to park outside by the road. certainly not enough space to cater for all excess vehicle after this.

That's true but I have already seen a number of cars parked outside this condo even though it isn't fully occupied yet. I did inquire with an SA selling a unit in this project that all of the developer units come with 1 cp only and you will have to pay for the 2nd one (problem is that at this point in time, there are no available cps for sale). Other UOA projects such as Scenaria, United Point and Sentul Point all come with only 1 cp per unit, regardless of size, but with the option to purchase additional cps.

Correct me if I'm wrong, all above 1000sft unit must with 2 car parks by follow the regulation. That's why Scenaria is with 2 parking. Sentul point n united point only with 1 parking.

Btw, just notice uoa project like to use "point" in their project? Very soon we will see bangsar point and jalan ipoh point
