Passed by this condo a couple of times whenever I use the Salak highway and it still seems to be doing alright, with or without Bandar Malaysia. In fact, I see more and more people are starting to move in compared to when it first VP'ed last year. I probably think that those who rent/bought a unit there know what they're buying it for, especially those working within the city vicinity.

That's true but I have already seen a number of cars parked outside this condo even though it isn't fully occupied yet. I did inquire with an SA selling a unit in this project that all of the developer units come with 1 cp only and you will have to pay for the 2nd one (problem is that at this point in time, there are no available cps for sale). Other UOA projects such as Scenaria, United Point and Sentul Point all come with only 1 cp per unit, regardless of size, but with the option to purchase additional cps.

I remember Scenaria smallest size unit is 1,019 sqft (3 bed, 2 bath). One SA assigned to me by an internal employee mentioned that a number of these subsale units come with only 1 cp as the original owners purchase them with this arrangement. There are some owners who managed to get 2 cps, but that is after they purchased the additional cp. I'm not too sure that the larger units managed to get 2 cps by default as we were not looking at those units at that time.

Now that I didn't know. Are they Indian expats?

Coz at Robson condo (near Thean Hou temple), where I'm currently staying, the majority of the lower floor units are rented out to them.

Kudos for the approval to install the CCTVs. The crook may disguise him/herself to fool the camera, but at least it may capture which unit the fella escaped to. hmm.gif

Agreed. This is definitely a condo that requires driving out or using Grab to go nearby.

I've seen the pedestrian path (or more like a covered drain) going out of the condo and it at an egress road from the Salak highway's KL/PJ direction. There's no traffic light there so expect vehicles to come into it fast. From there, you'll have to cross it to either go to Tmn Danau Desa shoplots or Faber Towers side. If you're going to Tmn Bukit Desa's shoplots where Sanuki Udon is, then you'd better be prepared to cross the 2 lanes of busy roads just to reach it.
