The tenants in Desa Green mostly are foreigner (from what i observe)....
i think some of them are not having any vehicle, so some tenant will rent their car park to those needed.....
but if really fully occupied the unit, certainly outside roadside also not enough parking i think so...

MyHSR awards two contracts to consultants

Kuala Lumpur: MyHSR Corp Sdn Bhd (MyHSR) has awarded two ground control point (GCP) survey works contracts for the Kuala Lumpur-Singapore High-Speed Rail (KL-SG HSR) project to Jurukur Perunding Services Sdn Bhd and Teraju Ukur.

In a statement, MyHSR said, the appointed consultants would be responsible for the installation of the GCP markers and the establishment of a common reference between the national and state grids and coordinate systems for the purposes of the project.

The contracts were awarded to the consultants following an open tender exercise in January this year, it said.

"The GCP survey works are a critical component of the preparatory works of the KL-SG HSR project as it will provide the project with a referenced coordinate scheme that will be essential for the purposes of land acquisition and construction along the project's 335 kilometre alignment in Malaysia," it said.

Meanwhile, MyHSR Chief Executive Officer, Mohd Nur Ismal Mohamed Kamal, said the progress on the KL-SG HSR project has been ramping up after the signing of the bilateral agreement between the Malaysia and Singapore government on the project in Dec 13, 2016.

"The work to be completed by the appointed consultants will form the interface between the relevant grid systems and the project works.

"MyHSR will continue to work closely with the Department of Survey and Mapping Malaysia to oversee the development of this common reference system," he said. – Bernama

I remember Scenaria smallest size unit is 1,019 sqft (3 bed, 2 bath). One SA assigned to me by an internal employee mentioned that a number of these subsale units come with only 1 cp as the original owners purchase them with this arrangement. There are some owners who managed to get 2 cps, but that is after they purchased the additional cp. I'm not too sure that the larger units managed to get 2 cps by default as we were not looking at those units at that time.

Now that I didn't know. Are they Indian expats?

looooooooong time never come to this thread liao. Enjoyed catching up. The inifinity pool is great. so is the gym. nice super view

Lemme answer some query here:
erm, no smell from oxidation pond wor. Unit easily rented out. So far, only seen Chinese people hanging around. Some ang mo. Spoke to some nice Malays. Security is really good. Cannot come to your unit if you not home lah, guard is strict. They have to call and make sure you have guests if not they won't allow them up. For those who worries about no guard in parking. No need guard, your access card cannot go in through other floors. At night, the lights of parking are very bright.

I also realised, the good ones are seldom discussed cause is super easy to rent out, so no need to discuss banyak-banyak. Glad I can contribute to the thread!

the DBKL assesment fee is quite high for Desa Green...
RM630 for one year..
mine one only 587sf...
it is higher than my own house staying.....

Impossible to lower the price until as per launching price 3-4 years ago? Not only not earning but at a loss put in the progressive interest + bank interest so far.

As long as we have tenant to rent it, why should we as owner bother on the selling price....
when there is no tenant to rent it, then its time to consider the selling price....

This might be a noob question, but how do I get hot water from the bathroom shower?
Just turn on the heater switch, and adjust the knob in the shower right? Left and right also gives hot water?

Tested so far but seems like not able to get any hot water sad.gif

i think the hot water is not instant, may need to wait a while after u turn on the switch, else may be got problem with the heater already....
