This property is sandwiched between highway and railway line. Just wonder which particular road are you
referring? from my observation finding parking for the second car will be quite a challenge even now the
property is not even half occupied.

Now not many home owners so still can find parking easily at the road side. When more and more home owners moving in, then can't imagine the road with full of cars rclxub.gif

wait until February 2017. smile.gif
Desa Green sold out yet?
If not, I think this new project not gonna do well (in future flip/rent) as it should be on given location.

It would depend on pricing though - if the new project is better priced then it wouldn't matter if Desa Green is stagnant.
If it's unrealistic developer pricing then it's a different story

As what I say, it is good for rent but not for sell in this current economic situation....

The UOA business building next to it will be VP next year and it will boost the rental may be smile.gif

And HSR station is nearby according to the banner hang there....

Bandar Malaysia and HSR will take some time. I'm more interested for MRT2 to come in place. haha.

As for the potential development there, they got enough buffer zone meh from the railroad? Units that area facing KLCC, won't be happy if the new development is high rise. Block all the "selling point".
