Sorry just saw ur msg.
My unit done partly Reno n rent it out already.

The defect is only some minor minor defect, it filled by the guy who checked together with me when collecting the key.

I have get an extra excess card to enter my apartment.
So it become a place for weekend activities with my kids... Swimming... Sauna... Gym.. smile.gif

Car park is an issue for 2 and 3 bedroom unit..

Block 3 i think already VP, coz there is aircond compressor can be seen from the swimming pool...

I always bring my kids to swim there....

As what I say, it is good for rent but not for sell in this current economic situation....

The UOA business building next to it will be VP next year and it will boost the rental may be smile.gif

And HSR station is nearby according to the banner hang there....
