ahaha i tried extract the tar file but inside is factoryfs image file. i have no idea how to extract it, so mayb will flash it first later and then get the apk from /system/apps. hopefully no shit will happoen tongue.gif

no...currently on rooted LP9.....the idea i had is go to LPF now and root it...then to RRv1...coz i tot want to have the LPF kernel with the RRv1...but just another forumer mentioned that if i flash it with RRv1 then the kernel will be flashed out already since its based on LPY

Actually I plan to go back to GB and root first (since I lost my root) then only rocket rom but then eybee said some ppl might get bootlops if going from GB to rocket rom so need to flash LPY stock rom first.Now u guys suggested that I can try to flash to pre-rooted Germany ICS to get my root and then only rocket rom biggrin.gif So have to try that also lo.

i m also worry about to flash the RRV2 bcause of bootloops since i m on stock GB root. sweat.gif mayb later will try the TMT 1.4 first.

hey peeps.. i'm trying to flash malaysia ics software but i seem to have a problem..

i'm stuck at factoryrs.img and it's not moving..

any advice on this?

Then for safety measure u have to flash LPY stock rom (Germany ICS stock rom) before flashing to RRv2.

Btw guys how to flash abyss kernel from recovery mode since no CWM?Is it boot into recovery and flash the CWM.zip?

u can go to official LPF and root from there..y u want to use RR v1 instand of RR V2??RR V2 is using LPF Kernel..

even swap to desktop also..

before that i was on taiwan ics rom.. then updated to malaysia rom using kies so now face this problem..

should i flash back to gb?

Not sure coz havent flash to Official ICS LPY Pre-Root DEODEX yet.CWM comes with it?

haha..i thought of flashing RRv2 at first...but then after reading xda comments...i think i should put on hold on that first so maybe go with RRv1 first..hehe
