Yes I tested factory reset from settings. And factory reset will NOT remove root
Go and read in XDA and count within your 5 fingers how many users has hard brick phone factory resetting and wiping data
I don't always believe what other people say. I convince myself by testing . Same principles I apply in testing roms. I am always prepare to hard brick my phone , so I have no worry. I have another G Note as spare

That's why i carry a powerbank everywhere.
I watch movie/tv show on my phones all the time. Average is around 20% of battery per movie.

how long??after u flash abyss u need to go to advance=reboot recovery and ur device will reboot and this time it will run abyss recovery..i thing its about 5-10 sec..

Any idea why is this happening???

Most is 3-4 secs only it will reboot to recovery

im in rrv2+franco kernel..

just done flashing to RR V2 from RR V1 without wipe data. Only cache and dalvik wipe.
Gonna flash the SG3 theme. Just flash in CWM Recovery and select flash from zip as usual?

mine it takes about more than 1 min, i dunno whats wrong.

One user asked previously about King Droid. I have written it off against Rocket V2. My last test was on KingDroid v1.6
I just tested KingDroid V2 past 3 hours and I must say it is still inferior vs Rocket V2 ; at least it is still not as slick, smooth as Rocket. In Touchwiz mode selecting apps and especially widgets to homescreen was just miserable slow and laggy

reboot recovery,if i reboot system it will stuck at Samsung Galaxy Note logo

Abyss Kernel cannot be used to reboot ICS rom phone as it is a GB kernel. Your phone will hang
Use Abyss Kernel only as a temporary recovery to wipe data/caches to flash rom
Once you are in Abyss kernel recovery you MUST select to flash at least your old ICS rom or another ICS rom to be able to boot phone

Will see if required to factory reset or flash other stock rom before rrv3 release.
If we keep on flashing stock rom through pc Odin, it is the same as factory reset, right?
