It's close to impossible to replace the car, but I have friend successfully done that. A proton.
So you'll never know, but the drama and process is huge. If it's fixable, I don't think they'll give you a new car
Ooo, my new fc, same 10.3L/100KM, must be my 2 ton foot problem

But still, your story really lifts the heart that Proton is not that cheapskate not to replace a problematic car like your friend's..  |
