EPM-2 w/kit lens. Haven't taken pictures with a proper camera in the last 10 years...Kit lens is also pretty piss poor..IMO. Quickly learned that I need a smaller lens, and a faster lens as well. Panny 14mm and 25mm here I come.

Auto ISO always selects 1600 zzz. Too aggressive IMO.

kitlens is ok..but i feel the pana have better build than the oly..if you love to do landscape i would suggest to get a uwa..i like uwa for landscape cos of the distortion..the only downside m43 uwa is so damn xpensive compare to dslr version..the other option is fisheye like samyang..however imho the uwa is versatile compared to fisheye..

G2 is actually very good for videography, since it (if I'm correct) has the audio jack, so you can jack in external microphone for the best audio performance.

hope tamron & sigma come out with line up..practically we are paying for precision glass and the build..but the glass on uwa is much smaller then the ff glass..think its a ripoff in the name of lightness hehe..

The superb video quality is GH2. If the price is for GH2 definitely worth.

Agreed, the Panasonic 7-14mm is really good lens, and the pricing reflects that. Too rich for my blood! I don't use UWA so often. We need some competition from Sigma and Tamron to drive the price down.

tamron are known for making sharp lens for a low price..and sigma better build + coating. I would not hesitate pairing sigma 1020 on m43 for long exposure shot. wish the auto adaptor from kipon available now.

I'm impress what 14mm can do. The wide & short focus characteristic do handy. Just photo of cat at home.

you in wrong thread boss. this is for micro 43rds. recommend you look at the Olympus OMD EM5 as a DSLR replacement. Lens lineup more mature for m43rd. If you got the money, go get Fuji system and their delicious lens.

why dont consider pns like sony rx100. some quote better DR. anyway are you looking forward to expand your lens and maybe add light for your underwater setup. I guess that what are the things to consider. Is 1442 meet your criteria. Check on flickr if any underwater photo that you like taken with oly +1442. If yes go for it, everything else more or less about skills + composition.
