Maintenance will begin at 1:00 AM PST and is expected to last for 12 hours. During this time Diablo 3 will not be available for play. In addition, many web services will be unavailable. crap, they need 8 hours to do that ?
I hope they improve their eq searching system, cant search - by damage ie ring +4-8 damage - by moving speed, instead of typing 10, i need to type 0.1, and so u cant type 0.09 as its 3 accept 3 char only. - should add an option to reduce the buyout price as time increase, ie 10% drop every 2 hours, and min price. - charge 0.1 to 1% off item you sell, if item sold, cancel off the charge, so ppl will have to think twice when they start selling a piece of shit for 500 trillion. - sorting by time - allow seller to set the auction time, as each account can only sell 10 items and will waste slot for 2 days. |

I just received a huge bug/hack... bought an item worth 70,000G paid for it but never receive it. Auction House inventory got problems not sure if it's hackers work or server problems.

before that 8 hours maintenance yesterday, i have put 1 amulet in AH, while processing.. it saids timed out, i was like DAFUQ? then i check my inventory, wtf the amulet is gone! its not in AH! then i went ingame, DAFUQ again? its not ingame, ok fine, i'm not going to chase for this amulet, i'll just leave it, i just treat it salvaged or sold to ingame merchant, then the next day i check, the amulet sold, i got my gold x) DAFUQ?

a big failed from blizzard, me 2 failed applying the patch, after login, it says must apply a patch, then it crashed. so phonzy dont worry, its everybody's problem.

I think some of the got the loop because we bought the Euro version of the game hence it won't auto update. As shared, changed accordingly as per instruction and it's patching up now.

mine still cant, i log in to America server, it show server under maintenance, if i log in to Asia or Europe server, it ask me to update patch and after that window show error that diablo 3 is stop working. i had follow http://us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/topic/5152415037?page=1 to update the patch, but still same error. cant works since yesterday night untill now. anyone able to help?

tried today morning. launcher automatically patched it to new 1.02 version. however, when logging in to battle.net server, it prompt new patch available and kick me out to launcher to update...... where as the launcher already said up-to-date 1.02.
i saw many ppl facing the problem. ahahaha... no resolution yet. did you guys facing any problem? |

Is there no way to update the patch NORMALLY when we launch the game? Must we do the following steps above? I tried to located the BATTLENET agent.db file for window's 7 for my brothers pc but cant find it. I located the GAME agent.db instead. Hope someone is following what i mean.

if the launcher/updater is US version but character in other region (like myself), for sure it cant login and appcrash bcos server is still not updated

i saw the Asia game server is now up at http://us.battle.net/d3/en/status but the AH is still down. can someone confirm this.
im still at the office, if its up then i'll rush back home. if not..lepak ofis get some work done |

asia server down d, for maintenance, donno how many maintenance they gonna do. downtime is more than 10% i guess, when its up, might need to queue to get into game, diablo unable to cope up the scale of their server after sales.

lets say an auction for an item ends at 10.00 pm tonite and the maintenance start at 8.00pm till 2.00 am. will the duration of the bid will extend after 2.00 am OR remains at 10.00 pm which in this case 8.00 pm is the last time to bid? |

I think its because of the realmlist....
If u purchased EU diablo3, the realmlist will be autoset to EU, If US diablo3, realmlist will be US. Since US patch up 1st, and u guys are playing US server, and so the EU servers are not yet updated for the patch, thus your diablo3 won't be able to patch up yet. some one correct me, if chii is wrong |

if u guys cannot play due to patch problem or 'game is up to date' when its currently isn't, it maybe bcoz of ur default client appears to be the enGB/EU client and not enUS/US . That is why u gotta wait the patch to be live for the EU server as well (diff timezone blah3) b4 able to download it.
goto C:/Program Data/Battle.net/Agent/Agent.db back it up edit it with notepad search this [patch.battle.net:1119/patch] you'll return your search with up to 3 patching servers http://enGB.patch.battle.net:1119/patch change all 3 of enGB to enUS, save, and start Diablo 3 This is what you want it to be http://enUS.patch.battle.net:1119/patch This works for me, so i hope it does for u as well. There is third party theory-crafting out there regarding this, but I can't find any in-game or official source that imparts this information. i have no idea what bliz has done to make the game so laggy and so much of spikes.. the first week before any patch was so smooth even with my 1mb streamyx.. but now.. most of the time i cant play at all.. it took like forever from the log in to my char list.. wtf!!

To those on the Asian servers:
Be warned that there is an error going around since the update which causes the game to terminate by itself. A "The game has been terminated" message will pop up, and throw you back to the character select screen. Oh, and you basically lose all progress i.e. items, EXP, levels, and even checkpoint progress. Basically almost everyone on the Asian servers are experiencing this. A few of us tried to see how bad it was. We did a run from the start of the Caverns of Aranae to the checkpoint right before the Spider Queen boss. When the game terminated itself, we logged back in. All our items collected from the start of the dungeon were gone. Levels were gone, along with experience. And the checkpoint reset itself to the start of the cave, not the end. Yay Blizzard. |

The koreans are pretty funny though. The Asia server are hosted in South Korea which means the cause comes from their side. They don't want RMAH, so they disable RMAH in Asia server.
They found all the exploit, bugs, dupes etc and abuse it then they blame Blizzard lol |
