tried today morning. launcher automatically patched it to new 1.02 version. however, when logging in to battle.net server, it prompt new patch available and kick me out to launcher to update...... where as the launcher already said up-to-date 1.02.

i saw many ppl facing the problem. ahahaha... no resolution yet. did you guys facing any problem?

thanks for the info. btw, based on the link, then it defaulted to play using US server. currently im using Asia server.

i didnt get any error code. just that it keep on saying new patch avail and asking me to patch it, but in fact, already patched to 1.02 version.

hope it will solve later in the day... coz US server already patch but other server havent yet.

have to be patient. based on battle.net forum on D3, a lot ppl frustrated with the patch. all having problem.

already patched to 1.02 version and connect to which server? US, EU or Asia?

when you logging to battle.net server, on the next screen where retrieving your character, you can see the version number on bottom left. hope these help.

is normal. because US server already patched with 1.02 version while EU and Asia still on old version. based on blizzard, they will update it on Asia server tonight (i think). so if you want to play, you have to go to US server and create new or use existing character u have in US. otherwise cannot play and wait for Asia server to be patch.

Asia server down as at 7:40am today. Is it Blizzard updating it to latest patch? Hope so

you should check on the server status. is down for maintenance for the new patch on Asia server.

bad luck, purchased a million 1-hand weapon and didnt show it on my inventory.

then log out and login, giving me error... bad luck. look like i lost 1 million gold due to 3006 error.

i see. then i better dont purchase/bid anything now... since the server not stable.

i just finished Inferno Act II and then I leave the game (still in the main menu). So change to other character and error 3006 appear. since then, unable to login.

able to login in and playing it now. try few times and you able to login. be patient.
