emmmm Maintenance and update are two difference thing
for example .. checking engine oil,etc,etc,etc for your Car doesnt means you must update/upgrade your car engine/audio system/etcetc

For Malaysian time, it's tonight 10pm - 12am

it's +15 hrs for now, meaning +3 hours and change to PM
so 9 - 11pm for malaysia time
