Work harder n get the HNW individual status...then you'll hv a dedicated staff from the bank to come to u to do all the transaction that cannot be done with online banking...
No need to hv banks nearby

Bro, i thought 196 units of link house is a fact? i never said 196 is the only landed. Please improve your understanding of english before open your fire.

The main difference i can see the 3k units is AB block sharing a same facilities and block C & D got their own. The other difference is facing direction, then corner units and intermediate? emm, what else? Difference entrance? Pool view/KL view/nilai view?

i also want to learn from you what are the other USP you can see........

like you said in the 1st above, if savanna units (apartment units) don't perform, then how commercials are going to succeed...installments for the cheapest commercial units would be like RM8,000/month (if max 80% loan taken for 1.3m for a max 20 years period bro..)..can get more than RM8,000 rental in bangi?...just look at the current commercial rental rate in Bangi...

They learn from OUG oarklane old klang road 4600 units .. now vp also develooers still holding 5% at least of total units.. and developers selling 450k with freebies.. subsales cant move

no wonder southville so quiet. Given the distance to kl..kl also suffering despite new lrt station completing 70% 1 km from oug parklane..

big develooers sapu cheap lands and sell premium price.. worse the denands and surroundings are malai.. price going slow even fully tenanted.. sorry bro frozzene this d truth..

Go and see oug parklane yourself.. so centralise along jln puchong.. mid valley 10 minutes.. ioi puchong 10 minutes.. lrt 1 km.. very high dense..

keep worries away.. property still an assest .. hold long enough will rebound back.. semenyih investors are with you they banking landed 400k by sp setia..

Another point which almost all of us here forget is

Savanna is an "APARTMENT" oni not condo, definition of condo will not bring u to a 960sqf unit

at most is Apartment with Condo facilities....tats all
