Hi all
just want to ask, i'll be moving to garden residence @ cassia (buying subsales), we just got our MOT double transfer strata title settled within 2 weeks (only for BPP kerajaan case). hopefully can get keys by next month. I just wondering, if i want to do some internal renovation (plaster ceiling etc), do i still need to ask approval? Hope for some advise. Thanks |

Anyhow, i think the occupancy rate still higher than others like Summerglades, Mirage By The Lake? In general, occupancy rate in Cyberjaya is catching up and will be better when more commercials are ready.

Hi all
Just want to ask, im hoping to get key by this month to stay at GR. As for Cukai Tanah, do i need to change my name ( previously it still under dev. name and the cost of cukai tanah is 5k ++) or it will automatically changed since i already changed the geran hakmilik under my name at the land office. Im afriad i will be charged 5k for next year!..or JMB will collect from us and pay on behalf of the residence?
