Tmd=township mgmt dept..... we knew which units ppl have move in......may 30 2015 was....76.3%.....so now/ 30 june is 80%.........

I guess you will have accurate figure as those owner will need to submit renovation approval.

I believe most sub sale will come in when mRT 2 news confirmed MRT stations nearby garden residence.

Hi all

just want to ask, i'll be moving to garden residence @ cassia (buying subsales), we just got our MOT double transfer strata title settled within 2 weeks (only for BPP kerajaan case). hopefully can get keys by next month. I just wondering, if i want to do some internal renovation (plaster ceiling etc), do i still need to ask approval?

Hope for some advise. Thanks

we are working in putrajaya and we are looking for a place either within or nearby. We did consider houses in putrajaya but not many choices. Btwn, we preferred to have gated and guarded community and GR is just besides P11 and not in Cyber CBD. it only took about 10 minutes to reach our office. smile.gif

Hey Redtribe, welcome to GR! Well, i think any kind of renovation must inform and get approval from the management. The catch is whether or not you need approval from MPS prior to approval from management. I guess minor internal works doesn't need approval from MPS, anyway the management will tell you.

i stay in GR and i don't see 80% of houses are lit up during the night time.

It is not the issue of working there. The fellow is in the office who managed the place and have all the required approval before anybody could move in.

Anyhow, i think the occupancy rate still higher than others like Summerglades, Mirage By The Lake? In general, occupancy rate in Cyberjaya is catching up and will be better when more commercials are ready.

Hi all

Just want to ask, im hoping to get key by this month to stay at GR. As for Cukai Tanah, do i need to change my name ( previously it still under dev. name and the cost of cukai tanah is 5k ++) or it will automatically changed since i already changed the geran hakmilik under my name at the land office. Im afriad i will be charged 5k for next year!..or JMB will collect from us and pay on behalf of the residence?

Really appreciate if anyone could clarify on this matter
