Hi all

I just want to ask if anyone has experience buying subsale of cassia GR?..im in the middle of buying 1 unit cassia, snp and related documents signed will be taking gov. housing loan, the only thing right now i am still waiting 14a form (developer to owner) (i already got 14a form- owner to me). Has anyone knows normally how long it will take for developer to give their consent?

Hi all

just want to ask, i'll be moving to garden residence @ cassia (buying subsales), we just got our MOT double transfer strata title settled within 2 weeks (only for BPP kerajaan case). hopefully can get keys by next month. I just wondering, if i want to do some internal renovation (plaster ceiling etc), do i still need to ask approval?

we are working in putrajaya and we are looking for a place either within or nearby. We did consider houses in putrajaya but not many choices. Btwn, we preferred to have gated and guarded community and GR is just besides P11 and not in Cyber CBD. it only took about 10 minutes to reach our office. smile.gif

Hi all

Just want to ask, im hoping to get key by this month to stay at GR. As for Cukai Tanah, do i need to change my name ( previously it still under dev. name and the cost of cukai tanah is 5k ++) or it will automatically changed since i already changed the geran hakmilik under my name at the land office. Im afriad i will be charged 5k for next year!..or JMB will collect from us and pay on behalf of the residence?

Really appreciate if anyone could clarify on this matter
