Problem on mah sing prop is the streetscape is still 2nd or 3rd grade.

In GR I can buy semi d in cheaper than my current SH purchase price. Totally diff grade I would said. Invest wise I might go for GR but own stay hmm I prefer SH

Hi All, Im new to this thread. I'm looking into buying Aspen @ GR
any owners or others in the vicinity share your experience please? What was the launching price for Aspen?
I visited that place recently, but still find many houses vacant/unoccupied? Also how's the quality of the clubhouse.

After I went to both place and compare between their features and living environment.. I gave up "Semi D". In terms of Living environment, landscape and future potential ..memang SEG win far far away than GR. sorry to GR supporter , just my own choice n opinion.
