Avoid this 3k sports kompleks. Thief stole my shorts (from a zip bag) consists of car key (zip in my shorts) then took cash and blackberry in my car, 'kind' enough to place the key on driver seat!

Ya 3K swimming pool is lousy and has poor facility and security.

QUOTE(timetravelller @ Apr 6 2013, 12:38 PM)
come kj pool la. newly renovated
*
The two 50m pools have been renovated? What has been improved? As I know the pool is shallow on the both end sides and deeper in the middle. A bit weird for a 50m pool.

So are the lane ropes hanged in the pool? Is the water clear during weekends?

Like is it strict to the attire people wear, or anyone can just jump in with t-shirt and pants? (that's disgusting)

cuz it will be the nearest to my place. or else i'll have to go to Kelana Jaya or PJ Palm =(

initiate the kick from ur abdomen, transfer the force to your thigh and it will translate into your lower leg's movement. Avoid using your knee to initiate the movement of your leg as it will create drag and no propulsion/float.

hey guys, did u experience red rashes under your armpit (i think it's becoz of continuous friction) after long distance of swimming..? Last time don't have, but recently after i swam 1.5km of freestyle, i notice it and have to apply powder after bath, if not will feel uncomfortable and pain

Anyone have been swimming at National Aquatic Centre, Bukit Jalil? Is the 5 lanes of the 8 lanes public pool still reserve for training? Last year I went there the 5 lanes of the public pool are reserved for some teens training. So the pool became quite crowded because only left a little space for us to swim. On the other hand, the main pool with 10 lanes are reserved for Malaysian competition swimmers, we public swimmers don't have the chance to swim in that 3m depth pool.

the public pool is 1.3m front end, they use some kind of underwater board to lift up the bottom level, then back end is 2m.
