i think what he mean is when doing front crawl, rotate ur head 90 degree to left or right when breath. 90 degree as in u only expose 1 side of google out of water surface when u rotate to breath. not the touch turn breath. practic more touch turn la..

what is touch turn?

Is when I do breast stroke n when I need to turn when I reach the end..

Anyone been to UiTM swimming pool before? The condition of the water is okay? Snce it is inside the utim, have to get a pass to enter?

my problem now is stamina, I have been not doing proper cardio exercise for 1 month already

I can go bangsar, kelana or the kelab syabas pool.

stamina could be improve by swim at long course pool ma, don't stop ok liao, use touch turn whenever u reach the end. gonna deal v ur mental..

times square pool. 1.2m height pool. today i swim. tue and wed wouldn't be swim..
