This is my guide to reformat Windows in 15R SE with SSD, I've tried many times to make it work but I CANNOT guarantee if it works for you, because I got it right by following these steps and I never tried it again.
NOTE: DO THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK. NOT recommended for newbies in windows installation and troubleshooting.
1. Make sure you don't change any settings in the BIOS, don't ever change the HDD mode from Intel SRT to AHCI or SATA. Leave it as Intel SRT (raid)
2. Backup all files in HDD to external HDD or other source, because you need to CLEAN format the whole 1TB HDD of your 15R SE. (yes, including recovery)
3. download this driver before hand
http://www.mediafire.com/?2wyasi59f5gyoep (Intel SRT driver files), extract and burn into a CD (usb cannot because when installing windows, USB 3.0 cannot detect)
4. When everything is ready, boot into your windows 7 installation disc.
5. Choose clean install, then you will notice you can't see any HDD available. Don't worry.
6. Eject windows 7 DVD, put in the CD with intel SRT driver just now. Click Load Drivers below the HDD selection in the windows installation window.
7. refresh to locate the inf file, click to install the drivers. If it failed, it is NORMAL. Refresh again and install the inf again, this time will work. After you can see your HDD partitions being listed already, put the Windows 7 DVD back.
8. In drive options, delete all the partitions including the recovery partition and make it only ONE partition (not sure why, because when I did not delete, i get BSOD when loading windows). By doing this you cannot return.
9. Make only one partition which is 1TB, then install windows like normal to it.
10. Everything should go well, install all required drivers including intel SRT, chipset, intel rapid start etc. Then do reboot.
* if you want to make another partition after windows installation, you can make using Easeus Partition Manager.
I suggest you DON'T reformat if it is not necessary, because if you screwed up some steps you might lose your windows forever or keep getting BSOD

I tried 3 hours only found this method, and in between got many times I got the boot manager disappeared but managed to recover.
