I went to the sales office again yesterday..was told that they are preparing the SNP for da buyers to sign..shud be ready by end of da month..they said will sign SNP first then only launch..guess I will need ton call da main office n clarify wif da project teamagain..really ddon't hope to delay again..

I jz called to da office n spoken to da same lady whom I spoken last month..really pissed off as they delay it all over again..giving excuses that da percentage of lo signing doesn't meet da quota yet..said SNP signing in august..thou they say confirmed but I don't hv high hope on it..

Guys, all of u, try to call their office n complain to them..Their number is 0380686599, speak to salawati..really sick of their delay

Exactly, that's why I posted the management contact number here and wish that everyone can give her a call. It might not change anything but at least I hope it can give them some pressure. Honestly, I strongly believe the sooner they launch, the more the people will sign up the LO.

If they can really deliver their promise by signing the SNP next month then I'm glad, else I really wish to withdraw from it.

Just my personal point of view since I have consider both of them. Things that I didn't like about them

Aurora - very near to HTC
- it's not a solid land, it's a reclaim land
- too high density
- security vise not as good as D'Aman, they didn't provide intercom and private level lift access (correct me if I'm wrong)

Koi Prima - Masteron is not the main con as they sub con it out to other developer
- didn't really like the floor layout of it
- was told by the SA it is not as premium as D'Aman

As per what they told, security is intercom system, CCTV view at our TV, access card system, and private level lift access (main lobby, car park, own floor n sky lounge)

Wtf..who is da SA? seriously pissed off n gonna cancel like this..better go opt for better one..seriously they r wasting our time n money n resources..

Agree..many things changed and price of property fluctuate I jz few months time..if we plain early maybe we still can get property wif da same PSF..but looking at the situation it seems like we r being stranded by masteron

Really frustrated..my banker told me she called the management office and the SNP signing will b delayed to September due to pending of AP..what da hell is this..

As far as I know lot 20 is da biggest unit in each floor and currently it is only open till 10th floor..how do u hv access ton the sales of the unit?

I agree on this, but Callisa M & N and D' Aman are Masteron own project which doesn't sub it out to 3rd party developer. Hopefully we can get better quality compared to Koi and the rest.

I walked up to Callisa before pretending I'm the owner, really hope they can make it nicer for D Aman as it is a condo compared to Callisa which is an apartment

I didn't take any picture, I went there on early of Dec. That time the guard didn't ask me anything as I told him I'm the owner. And to me it seems quite ok on the walkway and lobby

I received phone call from office on Friday (not the sales office) that they have instructed the lawyer to prepare the SNP and the lawyer will call us for appointment when the SNP is ready.

I have been calling them for many times. You try to call to the office, request to speak to Ms. Lim instead of Salawati. Salawati never follow up my case but Ms. Lim is good and always call me back when she promised to do so. I told her to help me to arrange to sign the SNP before CNY, lets see if I can make it or not.

Hopefully this time is real

I suggest you guys try to give a call to the office and look for Ms. Lim to ask about this.
