All we heard are rumors, anyone know what is exact issue causing the S&P delay for so long?? Is it still safe after signing S&P?
After so much of dragging, I dun think it can complete by end of 2016..
Anyone know any similar case which is same as our project but completed in the end?

One thing i know about this developer is that, they don't bother explaining to us what went wrong. I booked mine last year September. Its already 1 year plus already and all we get is next month punya next month punya next month. I called Ms Salawati and ask her, she said " Yes yes...now solicitor is preparing the document..either end of this month or early next month".....You guys see the way they work? No deadline..No nothing...
I just hope this is not a trap..

Hi guys, I have booked a unit in D'aman. I am not thinking for a refund at this juncture. However, out of curiosity, i made a call to Maesteron to check out how passive they can be. Here were the response of Ms. Sarawati.

1. When is the S&P likely to be?
- Beginning of Dec.

2. Can I ask for refund if no S&P by then?
- Yes.

3. May I know the reason of the delays of S&P?
- Due to AP problem.

4. I thought it was done months ago?
- Almost done but not done.

5. How do I ask for a refund? Do I write to Maesteron or the legal firm?
- Write a letter to Maesteron stating reason for refund.

6. Does it subject to approval? Approval from who?
- Yes. Subject to approval. Approval from Ms. Lim Lee Ping, Manager of Sales Admin.

7. How long is the processing of a refund?
- 1 month.

8. What is the current take-up rate of D'aman?
- 70% has been sold.

Yea I do recently... and I've accepted the fact that this is a known issue since 2012.

Well , the best is just to wait till Dec before making any assumption . They surely are not going to share the truth behind the cause of the delay .We as the buyers can only keep calling , making our assumptions or just to wait until Dec as they claim its their last delay. Lets see what happens.....

I just wanted to be sure of the reasons for the delay. Is it really due to the AP thingy or the company is facing financial issues. This is my concerns. I know hey have projects here and there but the delay does raise a question mark. I don't want to sign SnP just like that.......gotta be careful with this developer even with its Koi's track record.

I think if they really have financial problem, government should be will not allow them to start new project and bank wouldn't become their panel also....this just my opinion....

on 20-Sept I was told there will be Piling Ceremony Day?they can start piling ceremony without AP?this is getting confuse.

That was only a ceremony, should be meaningless. As I know, if developer start construct work without the AP approval, they will fine by the government. And I think developer wouldn't take that risk right? The penalty should be not a small amount.
