Any idea why the schedule payment of purchase price is separated into 2 parts? One part is referred to contract sum.

One is belongs to your unit, another is for your 2 car parks (total RM60,000).
But so sad to see the car park site plan, that is really "front and back" parking slots...

Just for curiosity, how about other condo which provided two cover parks? is their design also front and back, instead of side by side?

It depends on the developer, as I know even some high end condo will provide tandem car park for lower unit and side by side car park for higher unit only.

i see the layout for car parks there are few side by side ones... wonder is it for bigger units like yours?

from the layout attachment for level 5 car park, i see theres 10 parking spot that is not tandem... not sure those are assigned to buyers or developer will sell those to buyers who buying extra car parks then...

Ic. My car park is located at level 4 so I don't have the level 5 layout plan. But from what I check with developer, I was told it's all tandem wor.

I have emailed the developer this morning to enquiry on the lease year issue, the floor tile size in living room and also the type of provided kitchen cabinet. Now waiting their reply from the project team and once I get it I will share with you guys here.

I would also like to know if the lift requires access card and limited to certain floors access only? as in you can only access your unit level, common areas and car park only... previously the SA told me that the lift security is like that... but i see in SNP it only state normal 3 tiers security...

I saw from the site plan, there is a few parking slots is side parking... Maybe for premium floor units... Mine is very far from elevator, so bad~

I usually call Ms. Lim and she always reply me promptly if it is within her knowledge. Yesterday I emailed her instead of calling because I was busy. I was told the same thing regarding the designated floor level but I will confirm with her again. Since I'm on leave today I think I will call her later.

Which floor is it? There are parking which is unblocked front and back which is a bit convenient.

Guess who called me ? Tony ! .. he called me saying developer tried contacting me but couldnt reach ... tipu punya developer . Lawyer call can get , tony call can get but developer call cannot get? haha .... Anyway i did see there are few parking lots that are at the side only on 2nd floor parking . Mine , unit high floor but parking low floor ? :S

My car park is at second floor...But front back design...only few parking lot is on the side...Pj got few project also front back parking,like The Hub ss2
