i'm also waiting for SR-71, F-117 and B-2

is those SR71, F117 and B2 from amercom? bomber series?

yeah... the sr71 definitely is (see issue 11: Giant Warplane Collection). those who subscribed to the fighter aircraft collection would be familiar with issue 4: b17 and issue 6: b24... both forming part of the free set of 4 bombers that came with their subscriptions.

i think judging from what's available from amercom, the f117 and b2 will be in that series too... but sadly, allscript hasn't brought it in so we'll have to be contented with the helicopter series for now (although the 1/72 scale is seriously depleting my display cabinet space).

anyway, i guess many posts will be kinda out of topic from now on coz this series has ended...

yeah, I subscribed before and get the b17 and b24
my cabinet also hard to find any spaces as well

but will definitely subscribe the giant warplane collection if it available here

mebbe we all go petition allscript to bring in the giant warplane collection...

damn.. just phoned up allscript,no more f-14

Having a missed issue sucks ...What issue are you missing btw?

i missed issues 8 and 11. the f/a18 is simply too iconic to miss and any ww2 collection would've have been incomplete without the zero fighter. i didn't think it would've sold out so quickly then as i was away but when i was back, it was a mad hunt and i didn't have the benefit of this forum until i became truly desperate. by then it was too late as allscript had exhausted their entire supply... and i had to resort to ebay to complete the collection.

on a side note and off topic, from my personal experience, lukass971, although much cheaper than amercom_hobby, most of the models i got from him had issues, the worse of which was the b2 with "warping" at the right wing that i couldn't rectify (most other issues were detached attachments).

Any current issues you plan on getting?

nah... got 'em all already

...that is unless i wanna build up squadrons of f-14s, f-15s, f18s and f22s. dunno why me not really into f-16s, sukhoi's and migs.

Dunno why not much russian aircraft in FAC. This is one of the main reasons why I am so disappointed in the malaysian version of FAC.

actually not that many, just the la-7, mig 15 and su 27 going by uk's 64 issues. i think most will hardly bat an eyelid over the first 2 but it's the su-27 flanker that have got many

Hi to everyone here, this is my Fighter Aircraft Collection so far. I did missed out a few issues due to All Script didn't send it to the bookstore where I ordered this collection from. I called All Script and they say they are not going to restock old issues (that is very disappointing). I hope that some of you here will give me some clue of where can I buy the issues I missed. Thanks

Malaysian issue #11, 12 and 41. I need 2 copy each.
