I can farm Belial Hell with my sucky GF/MF gear with 200 resist and 2k armor unbuff.
Haven't been to inferno yet as I am still at the process of gathering millions for overhaul my gear. The current set definitely not suitable for that.

why not when u have mitigation, so far the highest hit i get from a mob is only 12k damage...
if u are taking 20k, u are lacking mitigation and thus should invest more in it...

not to mention when u know to position, kite and abuse earth ally spams =)

I don't mind helping out. But i think we need a pure DPS DH to help if we can tank the elites or draw them to hit us.

As me and my barb friend cant really pass. LOL.

lol. saturday I was with 3 DH. I tank infront and they shoot behind. my health bar is like waterfall dropping.

Seems like there is really so little tank build players around. All roll DH.

monk already useless in inferno. the gap is too big. now leveling my DH and WD.

Is it possible to build a decent tank monk on a small budget (like 6m)?

I have seen Barbarian 1M challenge do well in Act 3

Ya, thats why im also rolling a DH now for my barb friend so we can pass act 2. Plus my monk items are all dex n vit, so my DH can use.

Maybe im quitting my monk n sell my monk items for DH items.

Should be possible gua, My monk each item on its body no pass 300k. reach Act 3 tower but get stuck

I'll see if i can do a recording tonight fighting various of elites when i get back with the stats i mentioned previously.

As of now i have 38k HP, 18k Attack ( Unbuff ) 650 resist and 5k Armor ( after buff), but stuck at Heart of Sin due to the Soul Lasher. I guess i need to upgrade until around 40k HP,7k Armor, LoH and 25k DPS in order to survive properly.

I can't even remember my gear when i was in Hell mode since i didn't have any problem with it.

yup, the items are kinda cheap now...
bought a decent stat helm of command for only 200k and a 28% block shield for 450k last nite...

wuts ur level and weapon dmg etc? stats etc.

skills used:
1: breath of heaven (for healz and extra umph in dps)
2: blinding flash (extra flash bang!!!)
3: serinity (extra time to rush in or runaway)
4: mystic ally (burn them with FAIYAAA!!!!!!!)
lclick: deadly reach (trident)
rclick: wave of light (reduce cost and make it spammable)

passive:
transcendence
ytar's bacon (cuz it sounds delicious this way)

3 earth mystic ally
4 inner sanctuary "thou shalt not pass" , healing rune

p1 spent spirit heal
p2 dex +armor
p3 one with all, highest resist = resist all

feels good though when i am last man standing slowly killing off inferno butcher while dh and barb is down lulz.

barb's warcry raised my all resisit to 1k which allows me to tank in inferno act1 like a bawse lulz .
