Just to inform you guys , ocbc processing time for new titanium application has been improved i guess.. submit all documents on 27 nov , got call for verification on 28 nov.. and 30 nov they call again mentioning that the application has been approved.
ps : i submit the documents at great eastern mall branch.

This one is for flight had been delayed, luggage missing and other but u need to get the formal letter for the airport then only can claim..the claim amount is 5k ( max)..this is wat I know lo..

The online banking features of OCBC kinda sucks. You need to have the TAC at all times to login. How to do if we're overseas and not roaming

Didn't lock even easier to go in and out right? Some even have alarm? Everyday in and out need to activate and deactivate the alarm. Same concept here...
