Nowadays most interviewers understand that the new generation of jobseekers don't necessarily hunt for jobs right after graduating, in fact if you took the time out to do some traveling, volunteering, working in part time jobs, helping out the family, etc it will give you an added advantage because it shows you have more life experiences compared to a freshie who hunts for a job right away.
So if you have a solid reason and used your time off wisely, the interviewer should be able to appreciate that. Dont worry!
(I took 7 months off from my first job and landed my second easily)

im fresh grad and i didnt work for almost 7 months

if i tell a lie..for some reason some ppl will know..its weird but they know from looking my face.

Not all companies do background checks so you will never know. If they do, then be prepared to come up with a solid explanation. Play your disadvantages to your advantage.
So you really spent 7 months doing nothing? Well you can just say that you wanted to take some time off before jumping into the job hunting bandwagon

One question, if the HR said that you do not need to bring anything for interview, does it mean that I really dont need to bring anything else other than myself? Or I should bring copies of resume, transcripts stuffs like that..Just to be safe...

This is good practice, I wrote thank you emails to the HR people who organized all my interviews.
The interviewers themselves may or may not give you their business cards (depending on how high up they are in the organization) but you can thank them as well.

Just give them a call to remind them. Sometimes they are also awaiting for the results of the medical test so that might be the bottleneck
