i went for interview today, and the interviewer told me that he has all my information, and will call me if there is anything... does that mean i already rejected by them?????? or they will consider me after interview other candidates??
i m wondering , will the HR people send me an email whether i got rejected or not????

FYI, i did pretty bad for the interview.. >.<
nervous, some basic question regarding my syllabus also answer wrong and give not much details...... i wasnt really prepared for the interview, i focus more on the company's product and stuff, and forgot to prepare how to sell my points and also my course syllabus... sigh..... it was damn last minute, they called me in the evening, and scheduled the interview tomorrow... actually, if the interviewer set the date for interview, it is appropriate to post pone the date ????

hi everyone
I have been offered a job and the HR has confirmed with me that my commencement date will be 1 november 2011. However, the HR never provide me a letter of appointment. So I called them, the HR manager said she will ask her colleague to call me once the offer letter is ready but I nver receive a call from them yet. The other day I emailed her and she confirmed with me that I will commence my work on 1st nov, without mentioning about the offer letter. So I wonder if the offer letter is important or is it normal we get the letter once start working?

imo, offer letter is important... offer letter is like a contract.. lol... no offer letter, means ur employement is not secured yet...
so pray hard that they make appointment with u to sign offer letter..

if your last interview, the interviewer mention about probation period, does that means very likely u got the job?

already in third stage of interview with owner of the company, he said they will get back to u next week, yet still no respond as of today.. sigh..

Know any good reason to tell the interviewer when he ask me why do I want to leave current company when still in probation??? Tips please I really want to work there & build career.

u apply for this company while probation or before u accept the offer? i mean does ur resume indicate u ar working in current company?

I suggest tell him stragiht why u want to join them, meanwhile indirectly tell them why u want to leave this current company... In other words, dont talk bad about ur current company.

I have to assume they know i work in this company for 2 months and plan to leave since they called me for interview and my resume indicated that i have 2 months work exp in this company. Therefore, avoid negative thing when they ask why u want to leave this company.
