Veo done by this main contractor bumimetro. http://bumimetro.com/ this is the first time and last time contractor for veo.

as far as i know from the defect guy simedarby representative, now there are in the midst of legal proceeding. simedarby vs bumimetro. lot defect but now almost all rectify by simedarby own initiative instead of bumimetro. also the glass in my unit replace abt 80% of it.

by the way crest builder is also first time contractor for simedarby. (currently doing quarza) seems like schedule ahread. very rare case sweat.gif

Oh yeah both tower I think Almost ready for quartz. That was pretty fast and also the mall lights already lit up. I am sure u can see from veo. From your statement, SD seemed to follow up their customer complaint well👍.if not you guys can follow the Tropicana uncle video hehe

Quality is below expectations. workmanship issues, defects, etcs.. need to really check thoroughly.
Need submit defect claims, chase and monitor contractors repair work to get it all fix.

Its a low density condo.
Each tower only 175 units.
Good place to relax, have forest resort feeling coz less crowded ppl and quiet.

Meaning Veo defects settle by SDP through third-party contractor? So bad the main contractor. You mean the glass windows & balcony?

I think the last time I knew of only given to some selected units for fully furnished and rebates about 10% plus. After discount smallest unit about 520-530k for non bumi units.

Oh must be quite inviting for buyers to grab this opportunity then since only 50 units. Is it a good buy for own stay/investment in this area? Not too familiar this besides veo.🤔

Location is good, direct link modern new Mall, walking distance to KYS intl school, Gombak lrt and opposite long stretch of restaurant shoplots.
Heard price will be revise higher soon for VEO unsold unit as new sales packages coming with option for FF id furnishing and appliances.

With Mall complete soon, rental and subsales hopefully will get higher.

Yeah I just called them, they are not selling veo at the moment due to kl ridge official launching soon.

If not mistaken Sime will upgrade the Taman Melati intersection, not sure if the upgrade include the pedestrian crossing across MRR2 or the covered walkway to LRT station hmm.gif hmm.gif

Bridge to tap market from PV and lrt ppl.
but most likely after mall complete later

Heard the extra rebate only given people coming in the morning with booking..the noon session no more is it true?

Nice. Have the anchor tenants begin renovating their shop / lot? September is not far away already. I thought there supposed to be a cinema as well right?

Discount gets higher... 10 + 3 + 3 % for FF id small limited unit only.
Price after disc is about 523k+.
Psft abt RM800.

If the limited unit promo all taken then no more extra discount and ff pack.
