I submitted my request to fix the defects 1 1/2 months ago. Till now they still haven't started on anything. I even called elite forward and they said they will get it done by 3/11/14. Just went today to inspect, still nothing done. Called En. Hashim (the person in charge) many times but he doesn't even answer his phone. Any suggestions on what I should do?
