just spoke to the SA,he said its a service residential on commercial title.

the electricity and water bill will be slightly higher.cukai pintu dah tanah also will be higher,maybe double ?

they do have people to come and clean the house,but thats optional.

and concierge service also optional.

at first i want to buy somewhere along jalan lapangan terbang,subang..but the price almost the same with kl area..

i book another unit in nova saujana coz it less than 5min drive to my workplace which is subang airport.i chose elements before because its near to my family member house and its quite near to my company HQ.

ill get a landed unit around ampang in next few years. hehe.
