It depend on yr purchasing package. Only those early birds'buyers who paid 20K can get the refund.

Koonming@ normally they din automatically deduct. I found the second progressive claim no deduct so I call to check, and they need me write in a letter to deduct the deposit on my 3rd progressive claim. Means, if u keep silent, they will keep silent too..
