Anyone has any contact for install gate grill? I mean the one you have contact to install you grill. Usually how much you is price and what else need aside then the grill for gate.

Hi all,
I trust you all have received a letter from Majlis Perbandaran Kajang to tell you how much is the land of your house per year. It mentioned: Sesiapa yang tidak berpuashati seperti alasan-alsan yang terkandung di dalam Seksyen 142..... bolehlah membuat bantahan bertulis kepada Yang DiPertua Majlis Perbandaran Kajang.
Have anyone berbantah?

Some ppl say 10% below market is good to enter already. Some ppl will wait for price drop 20-30%, then only worth to enter bidding.

hello owners, have you all done the MOT? strata title already issued, and I have dragged for 1 year plas. Any problem if I drag further? In total have to pay RM11k for the tax and legal fees etc..
