I totally agree with Optimus28 & Umiasma. However, I think it's not easy to get quality tenant.
Hope those owners who buy the units for investment/renting out put more regulations in the rental contract to ensure tenant maintain good quality of the environment during their stay.

Just look at other condos which are rented to students, most of them are not doing well..

but this will be my 1st time doing renting ... so let's see how it goes after gotten the key. If hold it for another 2 more years to skip the tax, might be painful without renting it out ... rclxub.gif

less some of your cost so said 3% = 28% less 3 % = 25% lo.

25% untung a lot meah? less rpgt not much la.

got uuu camp said. 350psf. should get untung or sale at 700psf wo. sweat.gif

yea, paid the deposit to TNB as well. They said hopefully by end of this year will get the key but they can't promised.

Selling price RM 450/sf now.
