Bro Wei confirm hid only void the headlight? Cos I heard dealer say his customer change hid on his sonata few months later his ecu fry and Hyundai doesn't want to replace the ecu under warranty because of electrical prob..

HID will require a transformer installed.. i went to the accessory and saw it before.

Those good HID will come in full set (with trans) , and still plug into the existing socket. Because HID drains power like mad, might short-circuit if you plug into the conventional halogen socket.

Those cheaper HID.. just plug and play anything fry of course SD wont replace

That is what I've gotten on the phone. But they never say guarantee can claim other parts. As their first reply on mod is: "Hyundai Malaysia does not suggest any kind of modifications."

Better call them to ensure on your case.

Being in support & repair line of other product (not relate to cars), we usually will trace back the cause. If the cause is some how related to the mod you've done on the unit, manufacturer usually won't honor the warranty.

solution: can be solve by accessories shop outside without disturbing existing wiring
