Also bro steven gor can add the IOD switch issues on the "Things To Take Note During Inspection":

IOD SWITCH OPERATION:
The 2011 Elantra is equipped with a smart junction box in the instrument panel. This component electronically controls the functions of the body electrical system rather than the electro-mechanical controls in previous models. The Smart Junction Box allows the ignition off current draw to be regulated rather than being continuously on or off.
The smart junction box uses an IOD relay to control various functions after the switch is placed in the OFF position:
A. After 20 minutes: The Interior Lamps, Trunk Lamp, ATM Key Lock, Photo Sensor, Immobilizer and Door Warning Switches are disabled.
B. After 24 hours: The TPMS, Instrument Cluster, Data Link Connector (DLC), Powertrain Control Module (PCM), Reverse Light, Digital Clock, Seat Belt Reminder Light, Power Outlet, and Air Conditioning are disabled.
C. After 4 weeks: The Audio and Navigation memories are disabled.
If the key is used to unlock the doors or start the vehicle, the cycle restarts with all functions enabled.
