Kindly refer to the brochure which already shown for the boxed-up for riser stack. By the way, I also din't expect the boxed are so huge (approximately 500mm away from the wall!!!) which I also couldn't accept.  When you look at the shower hose which is not sit right in the centre, i believe you will vomit blood.

As for the TV point, it doesn't shown on the brochure as well.  Which meant that both items we also couldn't complain to developer, or even sue them.

Apart from these 2 items, another vomit blood thing was the air-con location provided by them.

At last, apart from these 3 items, overall can be considered acceptable because we have no choice.  Hope to see you all guy when handing over!

As I recall, the rear entrance against Jalan Lapangan Terbang is supposed to be for emergency/service access only. Not sure if that has been revised to allow for pedestrian access for residents and whether there is going be a covered(?) walkway up to that bridge.

I have a feeling that this is being built by the Malton project.
