Ya, i was attracted by the serenity as well, that's the main reason I decided to pen down the agreement.

The other day I did check with the developer, there are still about 15 units unsold. These are those units that facing the LRT track. If these units are not taken up, wonder what the management will do with it. I think it's hard for anyone to take up these unit, it is really close to the LRT, its like a meter or 2 away only. Can wave at the commuter when passby lol

Hm.. i guess those units left are the corner units of block A next to the track and probably some unit in Block B that directly facing the clubhouse.

Wonder will there be any taker on the corner unit next to the LRT track...

And I was told that the security is quite strict. If got visitors come, they will need to wait at the visitor lobby until the resident come down to bring them in.

I'm sure this had been mentioned before as i've seen it. but when i read back past few pages, can't seems to find it..

Which block is the 1 facing the lrt track? It should be block C, which is the studio unit ryte?

And which floor of the building is on the same level as the lrt track?
*
It's the edge unit of block B (1372sqft) and block C (studio) facing the LRT track. I think it should be 5th floor if not mistaken.

The two way in and out tunnel entrance is a disadvantage. Apparently, it will be like that forever.
*
Well, to me it just 50m long tunnel to go out, no big deal.

QUOTE(Lee Mui Li @ Sep 29 2014, 10:21 AM)
another word for windpipe is vent stack....used to filter gasses away in an indoor plumbing system. It typically runs inside of the walls of a structure and exits out of the roof. Most notably, they are used to vent sewer gas as well as to create an air supply to allow the drains and toilets to operate smoothly. The vent stack is a critical part of any building's design.

Thanks! Is there a need to install ventilation fan in the bathroom?
