Quad core is quite new to the market therefore not many apps r optimized to use 4 cores to run.But that will change in the matter of time.For daily usage like browsing,listening to musics...watching movies...what's the different between dual and quad core?

even computer doesnt need quadcore. unless you mean serious gaming.

Regarding the deep sleep, after restart the phone, it's ok already. When i left it idle, it goes to deep sleep.

Unless u like the new features in S3 like the capture photo while videoing etc Quadcore is not necessary atm, as the apps are not optimise yet to fully utilise the quadcore.

For me, after the release of S3, i firmly knows that Notes is the one i like. hehe Make your own choice that suitable your needs.

1 week (since April 30) after release of official ICS in Canada, there is still no ROM of it yet to be downloaded from XDA. No one in Canada rip the ROM out for the rest of the world who can't wait any minute longer?

With the new SIII release, can't wait to have some features of it to be ported to our Note. The prevention of the screen going to sleep by detection of the movement of our eyes is really handy.

yes like ronaldlee said, the only difference in hardware you gonna get compared with the Note and S3 are S3 has quadcore(which isn't neccesary atm) and zero shutter lag for the camera. Other than that, i'm pretty confident the devs in xda can port the other features to the Note in the future.

last night testing battery in ics.full charger sharp 12am and wake-up this morning (around 7 hour after...),
wahhh !!!, surprised me yaww.battery drop only 1%..left 99%,that's amazing.same way with gb stock rom,
drop around 4-5%.
