What rom are you on now ?

Auto shutdown when phone idle could be due to :

1. Kernel incompatible
2. Modem incompatible
3. Apps incompatiblity ( especially certain crack/pirated apps often cause such issues )

You have to do own test /experiment to identify source of problem. There is no one correct answer
However based on what I ahvce read at XDA of users experiences, it is unlikely LP5 kernel issue - kernel issue was a probable cause only on LP1 kernels, not on LP5 or even LP6 kernel
Changing modems help as my personal experience in using the earlier ICS roms ( based on LP1 ) shows that using LB2 eliminate such issues - before that I was using LP1 modem
Apps - you evaluate yourself what type of apps you have

The only thing i hate bout note is the shutter too slow. i dont know how to take photo of moving kids. 9 out of 10 i'll get motion blurred how to overcome this?

How long time for you guys to get your battery fully charged?

Mine is like taking quite some times. Around 5-6 hours to get it fully charged.

actually what do they mean by "Premium Suit" in the next update? Is it referring to the extra functions in the ICS ?

I'm using Stunner rom .19. I'll keep monitor especially for the apps incompatible issue. Anyway, I also having difficulty connect Wifi which my stock rom don't have this issue.

Hopefully the upcoming ICS can reduce the shutter lag.The shutter lag is worst in Gingerbread.It's slightly better in custom rom.I tried HTC One X and it's really zero shutter lag! Not sure about S3 though since no demo unit yet for me to play play

Premium as in more features for Note as in compare to other ICS updates?Since Note has S-pen,S-memo and S-Note.And also it comes with Angry Bird Space?I think it's in first page.

There is absolutely no WiFi issue on Stunner rom. Infact 1.4.19 is the best and most stable non Touchwiz based rom I'd say compared to others such as Cyanogenfree, Liquid and Cyanogen9. Stunner only loses out in smoothness and slickness. I suggest you reflash your rom again , starting from GB

Perhaps I am wrong but I notice that when I disconnect my wifi and sometimes I cent connect to data unless I reboot the phone.

testing with current juice defender setting..
in JD..any application used notice,set 30 minute to refresh.set 2am-6am no refresh.

maybe if testing hardcore way (disable jd,enable wifi on,data on,etc..)will get solid result

my battery drain about 10% per hour.
found out this "GPS" using much of the power.
can anyone help?
i hv closed google maps & sygic app.
anything else i can do?
