QUOTE(benny888 @ Apr 26 2012, 07:07 PM) Flash .26 than follow it up with a minor update .26.1 ( 6.5 mb file only) I have been on Stunner .26 since this morning - no major issues except battery usage seems slightly higher than .19. Anyway I have just change the kernel to LP5 to assess whether any improvement Are the multi-tasking screen that doesnt work on .25 work on the new version?

.19 of Stunner ROM has the best battery usage i've used by far in my entire time of flashing to custom ROMs on the Note. 3 days straight with 43% left of battery(whatsapp and minimal call and browsing Only). So far no FC or SOD. Only glitch ive found on .19 is the Data off/on toggle button sometimes work and sometimes doesnt work. weird. Should i flash to 26.1? I'm still thinking. QUOTE(Red Tsubasa @ Apr 26 2012, 11:08 PM) actually the secret behind the smoothness is the launcher .... if u wan it working smooth and looks like stunner on Alba Install Apex Launcher... Now my ALBA V3 ROM .... running silky Smooth with full function for example S Pen functionality Radio it's too bad Alba users are missing out on AOKP's Euphoria control. I can't live with just 5 toggles only.

QUOTE(benny888 @ Apr 27 2012, 07:31 AM) Gave up on stunner 1.4.26.1 battery drain the worst of all ICS roms. Change to LP5 kernel does not help much. Example on 3g surfing it goes up to 40%/hour. My average on other ICS rom's is about 25-30%/ hour. If you are on 1.4.19 stick to it I am now back on cyanofree 2504 comparatively only 22-25%/hour on 3g browsing. Cyanofree Last night overnite 6 hours with 3g on n FB/mail active refreshing battery drain less than 1% If i remember correctly, .19 was using 1200MHz at max and now the .26 is using 1400MHz, could it be this is the culprit of the increased battery drain in .26? nope, my mistake, the stunner was clocked at 1400Mhz since 5.0. i don't think the cpu is the culprit. guess i'm reverting back to .19 since .26.1 has nothing new for me and i do notice slight battery drains overnite. 10% gone. Using this to restore back: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1613691

QUOTE(Baronic @ Apr 28 2012, 03:19 PM) is anyone using mercury casing on their phones. in particular white? on the black in some pics i see some glitter 0.0 on the thing. white also got? does it look....gaudy? some advertisements pics cant see the glitter so hard to tell from these promotional pics so if someone can give me some candid pics will be much appreciated ^.^ I am currently using the blue mercury casing and the glitter like texture on the case helps making scratches become visible.

QUOTE(Baronic @ Apr 28 2012, 07:09 PM) no referrals. shows i completed steps 5 of 7 for getting started (no intentions of creatings shared and noone to refer) and 500 mb from camera upload so far. so means i shud have 1GB. but now have 2.8 lol. i suspect all from camera upload since u said can get extra up to 3GB. @rickysay, do u mean the glitter helps PREVENT scratches from being more visible or MAKES scratches more visible. Your previous post said the first, your post above me said the second bro. also is it very slipper when oily? (like any other glossy case, or is it a bit better?) Sorry, it helps prevent scratches. Come to think of it, it's never slippery whenever my hands are sweating.

QUOTE(FuNks @ Apr 28 2012, 07:40 PM) is there any stable custom rom+kernel for galaxy note so far? GB custom ROMS are all 100% stable. ICS? Can say 70% stable. But once u go ICS, you'll never go back GB.

QUOTE(Baronic @ Apr 28 2012, 08:12 PM) awesome. what about oily lol not sweaty. lets say u eat keropok. keropok lekor. er. then u touch phone. sure oily right? so will like wiping it with maybe a cloth and water be enough or u still have that dirty oily feel and must wash thoroughly. basically ever had that dirty oily feel lol. for comparison purposes i couldnt stand SGP neo hybrid where the plastic bumper always had that dirty oily feel. It's rubbery smooth, so meaning you don't feel slippery when holding it. but once it's oily, i'm sure it's slippery. wash your hands la after eating your keropok.

QUOTE(sHawTY @ Apr 30 2012, 09:49 AM) Since you're there, can you check if Viewnet have Sandisk Mobile Ultra 64GB Class 6? Please check the price too. No. SDHC technology is limited to 32GB. More than 32GB it must be SDXC. SDXC limit is 2TB. Does GNote support SDXC?

QUOTE(superjoe @ Apr 30 2012, 08:57 PM) thanks bro. i wanna to ask if i want to unrooting my phone how?? maybe i want to get ICS official update this coming Q2. unrooting or no, you might as well flash to custom ROM of official ICS(once it's released). cause you are not going to get ICS GNote on day 1, they release ICS on different regions slowly step-by-step just like S2.
