Problem wth SW - LAck of promotion.. Even not many Puchong folks knew that its actually opened!!..Even Setia Mall & Paradign Mall getting more publicity compare to Setia Walk.. If they just can advertise family activities such as free water park, free big chess board & etc.. I think it will be more lifely

The way of the shop open is different compare shopping mall type I guess. SW look like a shop type which the tenant take time to open and not in a hurry. While shopping mall have a time limit and more sync I guess.

If they dun go for promoting more family activities or even successful flea market like the Curve & Armcorp mall soon.. It will sooner like IOI Boulevward liao.. but diif in IOI Bouleward - The outer part abit OK but inner portion dying hmm.gif ...Even Scott Garden in OKR having similar concept picking pace very fast..

SW is abit different. Don't forget there is some block condo behind still under construction. Once complete, you know how dense is this place.

While IOI bouleward is in office/shop area. Once after office hr, it is a dead place.

Maxis piggy back on TM Unifi line lor from what I read in another Maxis fibre thread... So those areas wth Unifi for sure having Maxi Fibre. They just use TM backnone but at cheaper rate.. How they do that? Dunno  biggrin.gif
*
Just spoked to a telco friend and he said he would still prefer to put his money on TM for home Internet service because maxis may not be as 'socially responsible' as TM to hold back the unlimited data quota promise.
Also, Maxis overseas traffic bandwith may not be as 'broad' as TM, he said. But no doubt the package is cheap and good to give TM some competitions.

But the hard copy will be delivered to my friend's house directly. He is old school people, so we share the cost and he takes over the hard copy.

ozak, your goal to protect the environment is a good cause but you need to know the different between reality on the ground and what you heard. i been a hiker for quite a long time in Penang and only recently i start back and hike this hill, what u described about the mentality of people is not true. Well there are certain kind of people who are actually pretty dumb but at the same time there are also good activist who actually go all the way into the wild jungle and waterfalls to collect all these rubbish. If you visit Frim, u will still see this sort of animal throwing water bottle and nasi lemak pack there.

And what u never seen before is the camaraderie of hikers that save this jungle and mountain from the selfish institution very long time ago. Have you ever visit Penang hill , botanic garden and youth park in Penang b4?it is so clean and well maintain without the need to educate anyone. nobody throw rubbish or destroy any plant or flora there. why? the more u protect the more it's at risk of destruction. And it's only one part that is accessible to public, it's not the whole mountain. Even the Puchong hill, nobody venture out of the trail. only certain path that goes in and out. if they want to protect those forest than the authority shouldn't be selling those land to the developer who had already selling bungalows up there. There's already development and cutting of hill there already and what did they do????

But just a small path for hikers that don't even penetrate deep inside yet, they are blocking hikers to access. what a hypocrite isn't it. Im sure more people are willing to volunteer to be RANGERS to protect this hill when one mention about preservation. Let's become the Rangers and be part of the forest protector .

fuuh! another Penang lang! Yes, support your call to have more voluntary Rangers to help protect the hill. We residents in Puchong should help out to maintain our green lung before the greedy developers buy up from corrupt local officials (BN or PKR, all same)..we should organise more walks, bring our children and also educate them and so they will continue our efforts!

Over 19 branch outlets Sekinchan Ikan Bakar (one outlet in Bandar Puteri puchong) are now in deep water.
The restauranteur and imported cars dealer big boss is the leader of Bersih 4.0- Bersihkan Bersih 1,2,3.
Don't know Bersih 2,3 supporters will continue to support his restaurants or not ?

there's a line between being "not nice" and "utter crap". The fish fell in the latter category.

yes, always penang kia. The current situation in Puchong hill is that the Forestry Dept does not care to connect themselves with the public living in Puchong. My guess is that these officers are not even staying in Puchong and they care less about the plight of the people. I have checked it's website and they are doing very poorly in conducting event and also connecting with Puchong folks. I go into their facebook page and it has no plan to organize and events or jungle trekking for the public. In fact, one foreigner did a better website promoting Malaysian Nature as compare to our govt.
