My home baked bread no put preservative and softener, so must eat fast fast. If keep in the fridge, the next day texture become a bit harder liau. Must toast or steam first before eating.

Last time I bought rm780. You offer me cheap cheap, if ngam then I sell to you

Then slice the bread and put in freezer. It will retain moisture that way. It won't take long to defrost, or you can toast it in the oven for 5 min first on medium to low heat.

Yesterday visited Paradigmn Mall... What I can say is - Bravo- real success.. Almost all shops opened liao except Tesco *& few more..

This morning quite a number of people turned up to meet the Forestry Dept person, then the UPM people and our MP Goh Beng Seng and the Kinrara Assemblywoman Teresa Kok. The UPM people say that they need to keep the place free of interference for their research - scared the public will simply throw rubbing everywhere, tebang pokok, camp there, cause soil erosion, etc, and scared the litter will cause the rats to come and bring leptospirosis, then everyone in the area kena. The Forestry Dept man say yes there is the law, denda this, penjara that if you go into the forest reserve, but suggest there is room for compromise so everyone can benefit in some way from the forest. The message from Goh Beng Seng and Teresa Kok seems to be there should be a way to set aside part of the forest for use by the public to hike and enjoy the forest.

Anyway, the real boundary of the forest reserve only begins some way up the trail from Wawasan 5. There is a large buffer zone before that that belongs to the Selangor State Govt. So I think what most of the regular hikers want is for all the stakeholders to work together to identify a clearly marked hiking trail that will not interfere with the research conducted by UPM, and probably for a society or committee comprising the regular hikers to work together with the UPM people to maintain this.

After that Teresa Kok insisted on going up the hill to see for herself. Wah lau, she nearly made it to the top, the highest point that Stimix and Ozak and me reached that time after our SPM.

Teresa KoK is great.. so what's the outcome? Can we still hike for time being till they zone it. what's the solution to stop people from throwing rubbish?

If you don't see any nasty men posted at the trailhead at wawasan 5 glaring at you, that means you can still go ahead and hike lor. Quite a number of people were merrily hiking up and down the trail that yesterday while the dialogue session was going on with all the UPM people there. The outcome is UPM will have a meeting with representatives from the hiking community in Puchong to see where we go from here.

ozak ,panggur ban and stimix all kaki hiking. one day we should hike puchong hill. i never wander outside of the hiking path. it's dangerous and there are bees as well. i didn't know there's a puchong hiking community established. can i join? wanna kay poh or pak kua..no lah.. wanna help to protect environment only
